SMS Communications & Messaging Policy

If you voluntarily provide your mobile phone number through our SMS Subscription Consent form, Sierra Expediting Inc may use it to send one-time login verification codes for access to company infrastructure applications.

Message frequency varies. Users receive one message per login request. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile service plan.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. After opting out, you will not receive further consent-based SMS messages from this program, although you may continue to receive necessary non-SMS communications.

Your SMS consent is specific to this verification-code program and is not a condition of making a purchase or doing business with Sierra Expediting Inc. You should provide only a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use.

We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information for third-party marketing. We may share this information with service providers that help us operate authentication, messaging, hosting, and business systems, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. This excludes trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you (including communication service providers), as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Data Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your information is stored on secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems.

Your Choices

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information. You may also opt out of receiving promotional communications from us, including SMS messages as described above. We may retain consent records, including the submitted phone number, name, consent status, and consent date, for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the program, resolve disputes, and demonstrate compliance.
